Premiered at a special gala at the 2025 Berlin Film Festival, Cologne 75 tells the thrilling true story behind Keith Jarrett’s iconic 1975 album The Köln Concert. This historic event came to life thanks to the extraordinary determination, perseverance, and dedication of 17-year-old high school student Vera Brandes. Featuring Jarrett’s live solo performance, The Köln Concert became the best-selling solo album in jazz history—and the best-selling piano album of all time. The film stands as a tribute to the 50th anniversary of this legendary concert.
